We all experience trauma. But did you know that if you don’t discharge trauma energy, it becomes frozen in the brain and nervous system and causes many different problems?

If yes, it's possible that you are struggling with trauma energy that has become stuck. You cannot move forward until the trauma is released. The good news is that frozen trauma symptoms can be transformed.
Healing is possible!
You can restore your physical, emotional & spiritual health!
Most traditional talk therapies alone cannot address the physical, emotional, and psychological components that are necessary to successfully release trauma energy. Talk therapy can actually make your symptoms worse and get in the way of your body's innate ability to heal. Traditional talk therapy can re-traumatize you!
We can help you heal trauma, depression, and anxiety using special techniques that allow trapped energy caused by trauma to be released from both your brain and nervous system, restoring internal calmness.

Introducing EMDR:
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
What is EMDR?
When a disturbing event occurs, it can get locked in the brain with the original picture, sounds, thoughts, feelings, impulses, and body sensations. With the help of bi-lateral eye movements, EMDR stimulates the memories and allows the brain to desensitize and reprocess those traumatic memories. EMDR targets memories of trauma and abuse stored in a part of the brain—the limbic system—which does not respond readily to talk therapy.
When is EMDR most effective?
Research indicates that EMDR is useful for resolving single-incident traumas (post-traumatic stress disorder), a history of ongoing, pervasive trauma (complex post-traumatic stress disorder), such as childhood abuse and neglect. EMDR has also been shown to be effective for test anxiety, performance anxiety, chronic pain, eating disorders and more. It has also been useful in treating general anxiety and depression. In relationship counseling, EMDR can be used to reprocess experiences that get in the way of healthy relationships. In addiction treatment, EMDR can resolve unresolved traumas that contribute to ongoing addictive behaviors.
Will EMDR work for me?
EMDR treatment appears to be effective in 80 to 90 percent of cases. It typically reduces total length of therapy time by approximately 50 percent.
