In her own words...
"It takes a brave and courageous person to embark on a journey of growth and healing. I will help you draw insight and discern overarching patterns, but the key to pervasive shifts lies in tapping into your innate capacity for healing. The mind, body, and spirit can become disoriented, overwhelmed, and stuck when we are left to deal with pain and suffering on our own. We need the healing capacity of connection with ourselves, others, and the environment to live and thrive. My hope is to help you construct a life of vitality by reconnecting with yourself and others.”
