In her own words...
“Having experienced my own potential for change and growth through my own journey of psychotherapy over the years, I know the healing power of the relationship between a person and their psychotherapist. I made a commitment to both personally and professionally make my life’s work be that of actively seeking to build bridges and support others, particularly communities of color, to live life fully and accept all parts of themselves. My passion to delve into the hidden psyche and nourish my client’s resiliency so they have the most fulfilling relationships possible, including their relationship with themselves, is what motivates her to help people learn the alphabet and language of emotions.”
